I have been particularly interested in a couple of subjects over the years, on which much has been written, and in my not humble opinion, almost all of little or no value: among the new and less new claims that have appeared in the literature, about what and how those who work must be, there is the old and worn-out, theme of leadership, and the more recent one of coaching.
